This lady felt as if her appearance had become sadder and more tired during the previous 5 years.  This was typified by friends and collegues repeatedly asking if she was tired.  She elected to undergo upper and lower blepharoplasty combined with an extended MACS lift.  Her appearance is shown 6 weeks following surgery. 

I'm having a facelift because, frankly, I don't want to end up looking like my Mum, who is 67. She's  had a hard life and without wishing to be rude, it shows in her face.

My face has sagged, I don't like the wrinkles round my eyes. When I look in the mirror I see a woman of nearly 50. I want to be able to see a woman in her 30s. I'm still lively and dynamic at work and I want that to be reflected in my appearance.
